•All products are unique and produced only once ordered. So to process a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

• We do not accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind, so please double-check your size before ordering.

 

How to Request a Return

2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue (if applicable).

3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

 

Refunds & Processing

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method once received and inspected.

• Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. To ensure the best fit, please refer to our size guide before placing your order.
